1. Click on the "Buy Gift Certificate" button above. You will be presented with an order form from PayPal.

2. Gift certificate amounts are available from $5 to $1,000, and depending on your preference, can be delivered via e-mail or you can print them out and deliver them to your friends / families personally.

3. Watch the smile on their faces! :-)

1. Recipients can redeem their Gift Certificates by purchasing from any stores on www.elevyn.com.

2. During Check Out, they only have to key in the Redemption Code printed on the Gift Certificate.

3. This will deduct the Gift Certificate value from the payable amount. They either pay the balance, or if the Gift Certificate exceeds the payable amount, walk away with the items for free!

Here's a sample of the Elevyn Gift Certificate. They can be delivered to your recipients in 2 ways:

1. E-mail. You can have it sent immediately, or at a specific date.

2. Print. You can print it out and deliver it personally.

These terms and conditions are between the recipient of the Gift Certificate ("recipient") and Elevyn. By accepting and using this Gift Certificate, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Redeeming Gift Certificates

• Recipient must have a PayPal account in order to redeem the Gift Certificate. PayPal accounts can be created for free at any time or during redemption / check out.

• Gift Certificate can be used solely to pay for items sold on www.elevyn.com. To redeem the value associated with the Gift Certificate, recipient will be required to provide the Redemption Code printed on the Gift Certificate during the check out process.

• Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed at any other merchants, websites, or for cash.

• Unused values in Gift Certificates will remain until spent.

• If the amount of the order exceeds the value remaining on the Gift Certificate, recipient will be required to pay for the balance using PayPal.

• Recipient may use more than one Gift Certificates at one time.

• For security purposes, recipient may be required to enter credit card or bank account information before the Gift Certificate can be redeemed.

Cancellation/Non-Expiration of Gift Certificates/No Fees

• No fees will be charged in connection with the Gift Certificate.

• Recipient Cancellations: Gift Certificate recipients can cancel their Gift Certificate within 60 days of the purchase date and have funds refunded to the purchaser. Gift Certificate recipients cannot redeem the Gift Certificates for cash.

• Purchaser Cancellations: The purchaser will have 60 days from the date of purchase to cancel the Gift Certificate and receive a full refund, provided the Gift Certificate has not been redeemed.

• Elevyn reserves the right to cancel Gift Certificates at any time for any reason and shall refund any unused Gift Certificate value to purchaser, provided the Gift Certificate has not been redeemed.

• Refunds: Refunds on Gift Certificates that were purchased using a credit/debit card will have the face value credited to that credit/debit card. Refunds on Gift Certificates that were not purchased using a credit/debit card will be placed into the purchaser's PayPal account.

• Expiration: Elevyn Gift Certificates do not expire and no fees apply.

Sending/Receiving Gift Certificates

• Email Delivery: Gift Certificates that have a scheduled future email delivery date are sent at approximately 2:00am on the day of the scheduled delivery in the purchaser's time zone, or Pacific Standard Time if unknown.

• Privacy Policy: If Gift Certificate recipient is not a PayPal member, PayPal will not use his/her email address for any purpose other than to send notifications to the recipient regarding the Gift Certificate. This includes one reminder in the first 6 weeks, followed by quarterly reminders. PayPal's privacy policy here.

Other Terms

• Gift Certificates are non-transferable and their resale is prohibited.

• Gift Certificates are not available for sale, purchase, or redemption in China. If a Gift Certificate is delivered to an email address that is not associated with a PayPal account, and the owner of that email address proceeds to sign up for a PayPal account in China, the Gift Certificate will be cancelled, and the funds used for the Gift Certificate purchase will be refunded to the purchaser.

• Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and has no cash value.

• Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase other Merchant Gift Certificates offered through PayPal.

• Neither Elevyn nor PayPal is responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Certificate codes unless otherwise required by law.

• Purchase and redemption of Elevyn Gift Certificates are subject to the PayPal User Agreement which is incorporated herein.

User Agreement

Elevyn Gift Certificate is a product that allows buyers to purchase a Gift Certificate for a designated recipient, who may then redeem that Gift Certificate on purchases made at www.elevyn.com. The purchaser must define the recipient at the time of purchase for Gift Certificates delivered by email. Once purchased, Gift Certificates delivered by email may not be transferred to a different recipient.
