Product Availability

  • Due to the nature of handmade products, the items may vary slightly in terms of color and pattern.



Shipping Policy

  • Depending on your shipping option, items may take between 5 to 30 days to arrive.

  • Sellers are not responsible for transit times during shipping which may vary from country to country, and on seasonal periods.

  • Depending on your country, the item may be subject to local import taxes or customs clearance fees which are borne by the buyer. We have no control over these charges and as such, cannot advise further. Please contact your local customs office for information.

  • In the event of items that are lost in shipping, replacements will be sent. However, due to the nature of handmade products, there may be variations in patterns, design and color.



Return Policy

  • Our return policy applies if the item you received is damaged or incorrect from the one you have purchased.

  • Items which are damaged due to the buyer's wear and tear will not be replaced
  • Refund will be given as product exchange, or money-back (less PayPal charges and shipping fees).

  • Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving, and costs for return shipping will be borne by the buyer.



Privacy Policy

  • All payment is processed by PayPal’s secure payment system. Neither Elevyn nor its sellers have access to your PayPal account or credit card details.



Cancellations

  • Purchases, once made, cannot be cancelled.
