Traditional use: Tied across the shoulder to carry baby or as a blanket.
Contemporary use: Can be used to carry baby, tied around as a skirt, made into other clothing items, for home decoration or as a blanket.
Motif name and meaning: Chaa means dog, which is the pattern on the Kadang, and Badeh which is the trail the dogs walk on. When they collect raw material, they must bring dogs with them for protection because to collect the material for this Kadang they have to go far from their village, 3-5km by foot.
