Christmas Gifts for Sinompuru Kids program
For Christmas, Soning Craft will be giving the funds accumulated thus far from the “Send the Sinompuru Kids to School” Cause to purchase item 2. Stationeries (as listed on ‘Extended Info’ of the Cause) for the 14 children's schooling needs.
I (Malina Soning) have planned a simple program as such for when I return home to my village, Kg Tinangol (Kudat, Sabah, Malaysia) for Christmas.
Giving the gifts from the “Send the Sinompuru Kids to School” Cause program
Date: 24th December 2008
3pm: Gather for a group photo
3pm: Have coffee and biscuits (Christmas Tea)
3.15pm: Sharing session on the progress of Soning Craft, SINOMPURU Women's Group and Elevyn.
3.30pm: Sinompuru children exchange and receive presents
3.40pm: Draw and color “Send the Sinompuru Kids to School” poster
4.00pm: Opening of presents & group photo session with the poster
4.30pm: Sharing of thoughts and feelings
